Keep an eye on your motor mounts. Last year I started noticing where my PSC pump bracket was touching the frame side of the motor mount bracket. I couldn't figure out why it was doing it. I even talked with Jeff and found out he had the same issue. Figured it was normal at that point. Fast forward to yesterday. Started the Jeep and noticed some odd noises from the front of the engine. Open the hood... The belt is rubbing in 2-3 spots and about ready to come off the PS pump pulley! Apparently I hit the PS pump on the frame hard enough that it busted the bolts in the bracket! The only thing holding the pump on was the belt! …

I don't know if anyone else is using or considering the Synergy 4127 adjustable ball joints. But if you are here's a heads up: after adjusting the preload when you bend the tabs on the special lock washer, make sure the tabs are bent into the corresponding body & nut notches fully and that the edges of the tabs are flush to the sides of those notches. Apparently I screwed up and one of the tabs on my setup wasn't engaged properly. It looks like the joint was tight enough that when the tapered ball joint pin spun it unbent one of the tabs and made the wash oblong, and eventually the other tabs failed and the adjusting nut loosened bit by bit. Gross & Stevens in Visalia has been doing all the alignment work on my Jeep since I bought it brand new 2015. Once I upgraded to the UD60s and coilover suspension I took the Jeep in for an alignment. what causes death wobble on the alignment side of the front end. the caster is the key to eliminating deaths wobble in regard to alignment. I attached my alignment sheet from the alignment shop. I decided to change my stock transmission crossmember out because the stock crossmember starting to look a little wore out, really it was bent 😳 you can see in this picture slightly bent upward. I replaced this back in November 2019 I’ve been running this new stronger crossmember from EVO. now this piece is actually the first EVO upgrade I did to my Jeep. I was pretty proud that I had bought the EVO Transmission crossmember. 😁

I put nemesis fenders, inserts and sliders on the NLJ, first time off-road still running the 33s I got the Jeep pretty muddy in the snow and had a heck of time getting all the dirt out between the body and fenders. That’s what brought this upgrade to reality, I used Volkswagen body fender trim to do this. The trim keeps the dirt out from between the body and fender. it makes it look really nice and the product is easy available because those Volkswagen beetles are phenomenal.

Has anyone ever heard of or have any idea of a bridge that will fit a prorock 60 xd front axle housing for a 3 link mount? I have a “custom” one which is basically 3 plates of .5 inch steel welded together, and works without issue..:but its always bothered me that it seems to be the only axle that doesnt seem to have any truss/bridge options…🍺

I saw there was a bit of talk on Greers Bender build thread, and wanted to share my firsthand experience without mucking up his thread. So here goes… Sometime around 2018 they (Synergy) decided to substitute a completely different bushing design which was sub standard to the original dual durometer bushing into their products. I had a good percentage of this bushing type in my set of Synergy arms fail at extremely low miles of usage and was very unhappy. Arb high output single air compressor stopped working this weekend . Motor runs but no air . Suspect a piston or something else . Bought it 4 years ago so it is past the 3 year warranty . No one really sell rebuild kits . If I take it apart and identify what is wrong I can purchase those parts probably from arb . Decided to get another air compressor in the meantime . I’m only using it for airing up tires (for now) as im running factory e lockers . I also have a evo under hood mount that just fits the single . is it worth it to switch to the double ? Will it make any difference if I decide to plumb lockers into it later ? What mount would be best if I…

So eveytime I go out I end up ripping out my blinker bulbs out. The last few times I took the bulbs out before we wheel but thats getting annoying. Any one here find a flatter or Led type light for replacement?

I found some information out on the emergency brake cable for the UD60 setup. You can see the different lengths of cables, the dirty brake cables are the stock cables at 78”. P/n 52059891AM The outer one to left in the picture is 12” longer then stock at 90”. p/n 68002669AD The outer one to the right is 22” longer then stock at 98”. p/n56052970AE On the Jeep the emergency brake lever is centered in the vehicle. Ud60 recommends using emergency brake cables from a 1500 dodge. the 1500 Dodge that they took these out of has a foot emergency brake that is on one side of the truck so making the need for one cab…

I'm considering putting 5.13 gears in. I bought some used ATX slabs and they came with 37s that have a bit of tread left. I had planned to just put new 35s on the wheels and roll with it but I kind of like the look of the 37s. My 4.10 gears aren't cutting it with the 37s though. Any gear brands that are recommended, any to avoid. Crush sleeve or crush sleeve eliminators? Please share your experiences / thoughts.

Was wondering what peoples thoughts were on Curries new LP60 rear axle? It contains massive 40 spline axle shafts, set 80 bearings, beefed up flanges, tubes etc. yet its still a semi float.. Exodus 4x4 talked about/spoke highly of them and they are using them on builds. Bubba said they should handle anything in a YouTube video about them. 🤔

So UD60 Elocker warranty claim has been started but if they deny I am going back to ARB. I want to confirm that when I hear of seal leaks on ARB that normally pertains to the two seal in the picture that are circled correct? To me that seems like a simple fix. I know you have to pull the entire carrier but as long as you keep the shims and caps in the right order you just set it back in torque it back down and all is good right?

Has anybody put the Currie conversion bushing/joint into stock diff or specifically a dynatrac60? After putting together a jeep with Currie and seeing how much easier it is plus not having to deal with bushing bind, I want to do it on my jeep. So wondering if it’s a P.I.A. Or if it’s just basically like swapping bushings.
