I still want to know how you running without an exhaust is quieter than my new rice burner.

Vengeance was far higher now than the last time I ran with you and seemed easily as stable as before.

Well, I have the 3.8, and it has 2 cats on each side.

The 3.6 in yours only has one on each side. I think that's the difference.

No louder than mine is, I may not put another sacrificial muffler on😁

It's not all of what's pictured, but that's the general idea.

Hopefully I can get some help, or some free time.

I will leave the coilovers mounted where they are, and the fuel cell will go in the cargo area, so the main thing is the 4 link rear and flat belly.

By May, I had to address the height, starting with a set of 40s.

Ended up getting Cooper STT Pros, as that was all I could find. I really wanted to get Nitto, especially since it was all over the rig, but they weren't anywhere to be found.

The 40s helped some, but come with major clearance issues.

First tested on Apple Crush and Mousetrap.

If you think about it when this thing was built that started the coil over package that Evo delivered in 2015.

Getting a little bit of pre trip work done today.

Pressed in new track bar bushings, and put in all new heim joints in the steering, as well as partially straightened my tie rod and set the toe.

No more death wobble, and it drives great once again. 👍

Moving on from there, most of you know how much the spare tire pisses me off.

There's hardly a ledge or boulder that it hasn't drug on at the least, or just flat wedged me in so I had to winch.

NO MORE!!!

I cut that bitch off, and am building a new mount, flat over the top of the coilover tower.

Used some 6x6 square tube I had laying around, and drilled it for the studs.

A little welding and paint and it will be good to go.

Am I seeing this right,,,,are you actually working on the Jeep.

That looks way better.

Your eyes did not deceive you. I spend nearly 2 full days working on it.

I think its ready to be packed up for the Rubicon and Fordyce now.

I even repainted the sliders, inner fenders, and bumper, getting rid of all the exposed rock rash while I was at it.

So where are the tools going now?   That was your default storage cubby.

I actually didn't loose much space.

What will hurt though, is when the fuel cell goes in.

I will end up with one small hole, and a rack of some kind over the tank.

I could change where the jack is and put a rack over the tire as well.
