Jdofmemi
Anyone who has messed with the fuel lines, or bashed the crap out of the tank, can relate to this. Dennis shared a good video on how to fix it, so I decided it needs its own thread, since it's a common problem. : https://youtu.be/LhlvgD9Qxlk 1 Link to comment
Nice Little Jeep
I’m ordering the stuff to fix the vapor line that broke when the tank was sitting. I’m ordering different size metric and standard size copper tubing, so I can get the exact OD size I need to reinforce the broken fitting. Link to comment

Jdofmemi
You may not need the exact size. If the splice tube is too big, drill out the existing broken piece to make it fit. Link to comment
fiend
I cut some plastic tubing from the inside of a ball point pen, with some Qwik Weld. It works; light is out. Metal tubing probably would be better. Aluminum or stainless steel. Link to comment
AJK
I think I posted the size somewhere. I will search and get back to you. Link to comment
Nice Little Jeep
I used a .189 drill bit with a .1885 aluminum tub, looks really good. SEAL-ALL works fast. 1 1 Link to comment
