Jetlau3 Posted June 12, 2022 Share Posted June 12, 2022 Nice Jerry. Great way to escape the weekend heatwave. We spent a few nights camping in Kings Canyon. Technically still some wheeling as we found a nice 4x4 trail into the park that bypasses the NP entrance. Unfortunately the land cruiser’s transmission decided to exit the picture after 250k miles . We were able to limp to camp. Jeep did a good job hauling around 5 people and the pup for some sight seeing in the park . AAA premier doing work . 1 2 Link to comment

6wt Posted July 3, 2022 Share Posted July 3, 2022 Heading down to Sacramento July 4th to meet Dan and drop off his trailer…then on to Las Vegas for a couple days to vacate our condo on the Strip of our personal belongings (just got an offer for the unit)…then getting ready for a four week road trip, leaving the Seattle area on the 11th, staying near Missoula for a few days (yes, bringing rods), then checking out Mt Rushmore in SD…spend a night somewhere in Minnesota… on to the Rock & Roll hall of fame in Cleveland, visit our daughter in NYC, then down to RD area in NC to visit my wife’s mom…haven’t planned the trip back home yet (except another fishing lodge in Montana, go figure)… 1 2 Link to comment
