We have a thread for great sunset/sunrise photos. Thought it might be cool to have a thread for interesting wildlife sightings. Here are some I got in the past few days, taken looking out the windows of my house.

It's an Barbary sheep or called an Auodad.

Yes they do and can be hard to see sometimes.  Copperhead and it's venomous as well.  We find them in our neighborhood walking trail.

Seen these guys near the river a few miles from our house but never one this far from water. Couldn’t figure out what he had nabbed

Love spotting Bald Eagles!  

 

We don't get them here, just Red Tail Hawks and things. 

 

I used to see them growing up in Colorado all the time. 

 

I remember one morning on the way to school, I came around a curve and a Bald Eagle was standing in the road, and it was eye level with me before he took off!

I think there were some bald eagles up at big bear last year. Someone mounted a camera pointed at their nest and observed a pair tending eggs. Sadly, none of them hatched.

That's right!

 

I had forgotten about that. 

 

I just have never seen them around here.
