When you disconnect one of the upper links how far off are the holes when it isn't binding?  Would it be fixed by just making one slightly longer/shorter?  Or does it change depending on position?

I think some of the issue is this I installed. For setting the arms I have always set with the driver for caster and then  just drop the passenger on so bolt slides through.

Rolling again.

Went around the Tbar for psc lines this time. Need to shorten them slightly.

I added a extra support to track bar and boxed in the front mount for more strength.

With the new set up and cutting the front coil buckets back I was able to move the axle foward and still have more clearance then before. I cycled the shit of the front end to ensure the coils dont binds on hoops any more. Fixed for now or untill the next upgrade or something else on the POSUD decide to leave the chat.

Sway bar gone as well.

Well, I must have done something right. Normally, when I back in and out of my driveway I would hear a coil bind and with some clicking and popping. Yesterday, I drove her to work and so far no suspension noises.

Got the new PSC hydro lines shorten and gonna try to install over the next few days. Once that is done I need to get her out for a test run.

It's very satisfying to see that after I've replaced both lockers and regeared everything myself, (after getting the basics and help reinstalling the original broken e-locker with Jerry's help) that for the first time since I've had these axles, when I opened up the diff covers there wasn't metal chunks and black oil.

Most times I've changed my fluids I've had a surprise with the factory setup. I've had chunks of metal come out of both diffs in the past and both plugs just filled with metal shavings.

Today, I took off the diffs and as soon as I separated the diff, nothing but perfectly clear diff oil came pouring out and not a single chunk of metal to be found.

See, even a blind raccoon can find a trash can every now and then.

Well well well, look what I found. Looks like I took a good shot to the Factor55 and snapped the warn fairlead. I can see the issue is that the gap caused by the evo light mount allowed it to flex and snapped on the bottom.

Had to pull bumper and winch plate off and us my press to straighten out the big ass dents.

Thinking to weld on a small flat strap across the bottom of the evo mount so the fairlead sit flush all around like the red line in the last picture.

I thought I was the one hard on things😁

That gap was bad news.

Filling the gap should help, and not driving by braille should help too🤣🤣🤣

Hey.   There are many of us that will take offense to that statement.  Immediate feedback from somewhere up front, bumper or diff, is the BEST way

to know if I’m good or not.

I have a forward facing camera in my front bumper; I still run into shit and drive braille all the time.  🤣

I had 3 cameras, broke them all. Only have one on the rear now because I got tired of rewiring the other two LOL.

Driving by braille works just fine!

LOL that reminds me of when an old friend Luis and I were running that Steersmarts steering garbage.  He bent the sh*t out of both his tie rod and the threaded end on John Bull and all the steersmarts fans were saying it was caused by “driver error”, not using a spotter on every rock and how he cant jus run parts into rocks.  🤣🤣🤣. F-ing driver error. . 😂

I have mine mounted in one of the three vents in my genright bumper right now, zero issues. Not sure what I’ll do when I put on the frame chop front bumper when I get to it.

Genright doors should be here this week. I could not convince myself to spend 550 bucks on the 74weld door hinges GR offers, so I just picked up a set on Amazon. Now I need to make a mount for doors in the garage. Yay.

Yeah, I'd be skeptical of "corrosion resistant" raw aluminum hinges anyway.

I finally changed mine out. 4xing the rubicon, fordyce and Dusy Ershim trail with 33” tires it seems to hit things 😂🤣

I crunched my rollers a while back such that they didn't rotate any more.  It motivated me to switch over to synthetic rope and a hawse fairlead.  The new set up is lighter weight and lower profile. So win win.

I like free shit too. 😂

You can just change the wire to synthetic. At least, that’s what I did.
