Perked my interest. Everything cut off. Now need to final grind and prep. Thankfully @Redline came over and did some major work. 1 4 Link to comment

I think I'm going to be able to salvage this for resale. Put a weld washer on there for the wobble out holes maybe they'll make a second home to some Mall crawler. I resemble that mall crawler comment!! 2 Link to comment

Looking forward to seeing how the new set up works compared to what you had. Glad you stopped by Jerry. Was good to see you. I got the passenger axle brackets and trackbar cut off but need to do a lot of clean up....My back said, who the fuck you think you are, and left the chat on me. Plan is to get everything cut off the axles this week and then pull the gearing to fix pinion. My goal is to have everything prepped so when the RPM stuffs shows up I can focus on install and welding. 1 3 Link to comment
AJK
Got a lot done this morning. I was on the fence about cutting the lower control arms off and decided since everything else is getting cut off I might as well just do everything new and thank God I did. There is a good 1 1/2 in on each lower control arm that doesn't have a single stitch of welding on either side of the bracket. Thank God I wrapped these brackets as much as I could. The picture below is only the top part of the bracket. I didn't get the bottom pict, and it goes another inch or so on tube with no weld you can't see in pict. Everything ready for welding. 2 Link to comment

AJK
Pulled the gears all looks good. Issue is crush washer allowing the pinion to move back and fourth. I've been having a hard time finding a crush sleeve eliminator for my pinion and everyone I order is either too big or too small. I have a brand new Crush Washer so it might just go back in with that. 1 Link to comment
Jdofmemi
With so many UDs out there, I'm surprised it's so hard for you to find parts for it. Link to comment

On another not the new exhaust does not play well with the Evo Trans skids so bye bye to the skid guard. Link to comment

BHaner
If you can tell me the exact dimensions of the crush sleeve eliminator I can make one. If I remember right they are just a collar. Fairly simple. Link to comment

It's funny the rear master build kit came with one but the front Master Built kit comes with a crush sleeve. Link to comment
