Jdofmemi
I'm looking forward to seeing how this comes together. How does RPM handle reinforcing the frame to cross member connection? Link to comment
Weebz
This is going to be fun. Excited to see this and what your thoughts are. When are you starting Link to comment

AJK
And done with that part. That went on fast. Everything is labeled what goes where and everything slid right into place with minor adjustment issues. Once I have it all flex tested out I'm going to put some welds on the frame brackets. Onto CO and trackbar off set. 1 1 Link to comment
Jdofmemi
That went well. I'm sure you looked, but my transmission cross member frame brackets were cracked, all 4 locations. I need to stop by one night and see this now you are putting it together. Link to comment

AJK
This gonna be interesting. The axle bracket package gonna take sometime to figure out. The two brackets together are 1/4 inch wider then then the short tube from the diff to knuckle. Link to comment

I didn't have enough width on the Dynatracs to fit all of the bracketry. They were 68.5" wide and even with the Fusions at 72" it was still tight up front. Even with that we ended up with custom mounts to get it all to work. Hope you get it figured out Link to comment

I was hoping to widen my lower control arms out just a tad but looks like they are going back excatly where they were. Link to comment

I have 3 options....Grind some of the cast off the diff, grind some cast off the knuckle, or merged the brackets in one kinda like you did. Link to comment
Weebz
I did similar to Jerry Sanz the bump stop. Custom brackets to accommodate pushing out my CA and plated over the top with shock tabs 1 Link to comment

Still an option though. That worked out awesome for you. Link to comment
