I'm looking forward to seeing how this comes together.

How does RPM handle reinforcing the frame to cross member connection?

These beef dogs.

Welded on, or just the bolts?

The frame side fronts take probably the most abuse of any of the mounts.

My choice. Made to be bolt but can weld.

And done with that part. That went on fast. Everything is labeled what goes where and everything slid right into place with minor adjustment issues.

Once I have it all flex tested out I'm going to put some welds on the frame brackets.

Onto CO and trackbar off set.

That went well.

I'm sure you looked, but my transmission cross member frame brackets were cracked, all 4 locations.

I need to stop by one night and see this now you are putting it together.

Swing by anytime.

Guys a work took care of me. Made a perfect crush sleeve spacer out of chromoly and works perfectly. Gearing back on and done.

And shoutout to @BHanerfor the offer.

That's awesome 👍

Very handy to have that capability!

That should help it live longer next time.

This gonna be interesting. The axle bracket package gonna take sometime to figure out.

The two brackets together are 1/4 inch wider then then the short tube from the diff to knuckle.

Biggest reason I went to the Fusion axles was because of this. I didn't have enough width on the Dynatracs to fit all of the bracketry. They were 68.5" wide and even with the Fusions at 72" it was still tight up front. Even with that we ended up with custom mounts to get it all to work. Hope you get it figured out

Yeah 70 inch at least would be nice. I was hoping to widen my lower control arms out just a tad but looks like they are going back excatly where they were.

Sweet, I needed some motivation. I like the way you did the CO mounts. I have 3 options....Grind some of the cast off the diff, grind some cast off the knuckle, or merged the brackets in one kinda like you did.

That's on my Dynatrac, 68.5" axle.

We pushed it out as far as possible and still be able to get a wrench on the nut.

Is that the 967 dollar Genright bracket?
