Shallots and garlic in a nice size pot until colored Mussels in, pepper, I used both white and black White wine half a bottle or so m. Cover for 5-7 min Heavy cream, sour cream a bit and any blue cheese you pick. Cover and leave for another 3-5 min. done Crisp up some baguette and you’re good to go 1 1 Link to comment

Add water or 50x50 water and vegetable broth. Half boiled potatos in, simmer for a few minutes. Fish in. Any fish you like. A few more minutes under the lid and done. 2 Link to comment
