Crawl2Camp Posted March 2, 2022 Share Posted March 2, 2022 Made BBQ lamb shoulder chops with sautéed broccoli and cauliflower for dinner tonight. Olive oil, fresh rosemary, thyme, garlic with salt and pepper for the lamb marinade. I’m already thinking about the next time I have lamb. Definitely one of my favorites. 2 2 Link to comment

Leftover corned beef brisket with slaw on toasted gluten free bread (I’m allergic)with a side of Funyuns and a Diet Coke. I followed the Diet Coke with a La Croix Limon Cello, both drinks housed in my Yeti can cooler to keep them at that oh so delicious temperature. 1 Link to comment
