I had a guy locally here CNC me a new bracket that wrapped the frame.  Was a solid repair but very frustrating to deal with.    I have some pics of you need.

Did he make the pockets wider? I think that part of the problem is that the cup of the joint binds in the pocket, on top of the pocket not really having enough support, and the additional bind that is in a 5-link suspension naturally.

The pockets are part of the problem on the rears.   Mine “self clearances” before the failure occurred.   Frankly the design and how they move just puts a lot of stress there.   Now my pockets on the front are limiting travel immensely.   Like a good 3”.  They are binding up with the joint.   Thankfully that is all go e off my rig now
