6wt Posted June 25, 2022 Author Share Posted June 25, 2022 There is a strong NPS presence here…no food in your pack, not even chewing gum. Food must be stored in a cache in a building, and this is one of two places you are allowed to eat your lunch that you brought (there is also a bar/cafe on property as well). No fishing allowed within 50 yards of a bear, and if your hooked up within this space, you have to break off the fish. Since it was so early in the season, I didn’t see a single bear, and decided not to go to the falls…we fished above and below. 1 Link to comment
